500taka (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting service provider. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between the user and 500taka. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with 500taka, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.

Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence.

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• A valid phone number must be provided and will be verified.
• Multiple accounts under the same person's name are not permitted.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• A national ID or passport may be requested for identity verification.
• A valid date of birth must be provided at the time of registration.

The following rules are mandatory when betting on 500taka. All betting-related decisions are final and are subject to the rulings of 500taka's referee and control team.

Separate rules may apply to live betting, pre-match betting, and casino games. It is the user's responsibility to read the specific terms and conditions for each market.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets will be refunded if a match or event is cancelled.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, 500taka reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Accounts may be suspended for investigation if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

500taka supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally credited instantly, though some may take up to 15 minutes.

Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be handled. All withdrawals are processed in accordance with 500taka's Terms & Conditions.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if wagering requirements have not been fully met.
• Any transaction issues must be reported to support within 48 hours.
• Transactions suspected of fraud will be suspended and investigated.

All promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets — may be modified or withdrawn at any time at 500taka's discretion. Bonus credits will be voided if eligibility requirements are not met.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts or abusing bonuses is a punishable offence.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Winnings from free bets are withdrawable, but the original free bet stake is not.

500taka believes betting should be a form of entertainment — never a problem. We actively promote responsible gaming and provide users with the tools to stay in control.

Under 500taka's Terms & Conditions, each user can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time. These limits take effect immediately, but increasing them requires a 24-hour waiting period.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Self-exclusion: Take a break for anywhere from 7 days to 5 years.
• Cooling-off period: 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Account registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age.

500taka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons.

• Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward other users.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining real-money balance will be available for withdrawal, but bonus balances will not be refunded.
